Vintage ercol daybed This was made by Kock, it was recently imported from Sweden and dates from around the 1960’s. We wanted to cover a beautiful piece of furniture in a contemporary fabric, and this has been achieved, it looks fabulous. It was stripped and refinished in clear Satin Osmo Polyx Varnish. 💥 Blonde bombshell 💥 Lovely ercol daybed, the frame presented in all original condition, with new rubber webbing. The daybed has been repolished, re webbed and supplied with newly recovered cushions. This is the vintage model though, and as such does show signs of wear and tear and has some marks. The backboard's eye-catching grain adds a touch of elegance to this piece. Designed in 1958 it is highly collectable and much sought after piece as it typifies the very distinctive and elegance of design, the pinnacle of his range of furniture in the 1960's in England. This is the most desirable blonde (beech) model.
